The bed was really comfortable a little confused that the sofa bed set up used the extra quilt though as it was very cold that night,not as close to the venue as I expected but on the whole good hotel comfortable staff on the whole polite and professional did get quite confused as paid for parking on my arrival to the hotel paid cash on check out was told I had not paid the staff member backed down when I insisted I had already paid ,communication appeared poor. On the whole though felt it was good value for money and enjoyed the stay. Breakfast tasty and plenty of choice some of the items luke warm not hot but again we'll presented and tasty. Have done several Park Plaza hotels and none of them have dissapointed. The room was clean serviceable and comfortable

Good position in the city, secure car park next to the hotel, all staff were very friendly and helpful, very clean, great facilities, nice large room with a very comfy bed, fridge in room , nice large on suite with the most amazing smelling toiletries, , plenty of towels , dressing gown and slippers , desk, chair, sofa bed, large tv , coffee table, large double wardrobe, hairdryer , iron ironing board , safe , kettle, coffee maker complementary tea, coffee , coffee pods , Biscuits, bottled water . Air conditioner/ heating . Plenty of mirrors and plug sockets. Restaurant, bar and room service. Breakfast was fab with plenty of choice. My husbands poached eggs were cooked to order and some of the best his had !!!!

A great team running the hotel and many thanks to them all for generous and welcoming attitude which is very much appreciated - room had had a smoker or similar which is frustrating for us all - the Hotel and stay were all really good, but at close to 100 pounds the value for money was OK - the point here is that it was fairly good value, but as the expected costs was 76 pounds, it leaves you feeling a little misled when the actual cost with breakfast is closer to 100 pounds - important to deliver beyond expectations but nonetheless grateful for a good stay in Nottingham - many thanks.

Room was very nice and a good size. Bathroom was a little tried around the bath itself. The two chairs were stylish but not very comfortable. The location was very good for the Christmas Market and city centre shops. The bed was big and comfortable. We slept well. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but it’s difficult to say why, just wasn’t very tasty. The star of the stay was the lady concierge on the desk the evening we arrived who really went the extra mile. However, all the staff were really nice.The eco-friendly scheme re housekeeping is brilliant.

Everything. I have a multitude of disabilities and they went over and above to ensure our 25th wedding anniversary stay was just incredible. We really can not fault them in any area at all. The reception are super friendly, the room service was easy to order, the food was INCREDIBLE! We simply loved everything. The room was spacious and clean, the accessible bathroom was just that, very roomy, my big chair was easy to get in and turn around, shower easy to operate. You can cast from your device to their TV. We will definately stay again.
